- Registrants and Stakeholders are hereby encouraged to forward feedbacks( Complaints/ Suggestions/ Compliments) to enable the Board Sustain provision of quality services.
- Any written Complaints/Suggestions forwarded to the Board will be meticulously attended to within ten(10)working days from the date of receipt. Thereafter, the Board shall keep the concerned stakeholder informed of the progress made.
